"WAY TOO SLOW AND PRICEY"
This ain't worth the cash. I'm using the free version of Seedr, and it's way quicker than this.

"Using these since 2018"
I've been at it with these since 2018. Way better than a VPN, for sure. They also offer an SSL download. I totally recommend giving them a shot.

"This thing just ain't working!"
This thing just ain't working! I grabbed the link from Pirate Bay, for example, and pasted it in. When I hit 'add torrent' for a new one, it just says 'failed to add torrent.' What the heck is this nonsense? I actually paid for this!

The subtitles are not functioning right, taking ages to load. There are tons of options, but it's really buggy. Best to steer clear of this one!

"A Few Years with Bitport"
I've been using Bitport for a couple of years now, and they've generally been decent. Recently, though, the download speed has been terrible—barely hitting 500k per file. That’s manageable for smaller files, but good luck trying to grab a 10gb file at that rate; it’s just not gonna happen. If this keeps up, I won’t be renewing my subscription next year. Right now, I'm giving Seedr a shot to see if they offer better reliability.

"Save your cash"
I used to go with seedr, but this time I opted for bitport. I picked the 100GB plan mainly for torrent downloads. Honestly, I reckon utorrent offers way better speeds. Ended up wasting 850 rs for nothing. The service is terrible. Feels just like seedr, but honestly, seedr is way better than this.

"Auto-renewal was not my choice"
I didn’t want to be auto-renewed, so I reached out to request a refund. It’s been months since I used the service. They turned me down. Avoid these crooks.

"No refund for unwanted subscription renewal"
Sadly, I had ‘auto renew’ turned on, and they went ahead and renewed my subscription for another year, even though I haven't touched Bitport in about 9-10 months. I reached out to Bitport on the same day, but they were not willing to issue a refund, which I think is pretty unfriendly to customers.

"Decent service, but customer support needs work."
It's a decent service overall. Occasionally, downloads freeze at 100%, which is kinda strange. I took away two stars because of the customer support. They don’t have phone support, only online tickets. If the first-level rep can’t fix your problem, there’s no second-level manager to help, and the so-called manager just vanishes. Good luck with that!

I’m thinking about switching to Seeder or Offcloud’s free tier when my year is up.

"A Great Experience Shopping Here"
This service is just what I needed in my area. The team is super friendly and knows their stuff, so I get quick answers to all my queries. Their monthly subscriptions are priced just right. Capturing torrents and downloading files to my computer is a breeze and works like a charm. Plus, being able to stream videos straight from the site instead of downloading them all is a cool perk.

All in all, I'm really happy I stumbled upon this site, and it's been a huge help for me.
